Commissioning Nursing Home Manager

Salary: Up to £78,000

Essential Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with active NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
• Demonstrable experience in successfully managing and transforming nursing homes with high CQC ratings.
• Strong leadership, strategic management, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in commissioning new homes is highly desirable.
