Role Overview:
As Second in Department, you will support the Head of Department in leading the English team, contributing to curriculum development, staff mentoring, and enhancing student engagement across all year groups. This position is ideal for someone passionate about English who wishes to take on additional responsibilities while continuing their professional development.
