For this role we are recruiting:
Female applicantsDrivers with access to a car and a valid UK driving licence
Pay: £12.30 p/hr (drivers) - travel time included
Shift Pay rather than pay per call; allowing you to go Above & Beyond when supporting clients to achieve outcomes, maintain independence and build community connections.
Mileage: 45p per mile for driversBonus schemes: up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £300 annual bonus. £25 birthday gift voucher.
As a Care Assistant for Be Caring, your working hours will be aligned to our shift patterns, which for this role include late shift working and alternate weekends.
Early Shifts: 7:00am - 3:00pmLate shift: 3:00pm - 10:00pm (finish time depends on public transport times)
As a Care Assistant for Be Caring, we will agree your working pattern, setting 2-week rota which includes:
Alternate full weekends.Evenings as agreed within your working hours.

Job Description
You may already have many of the skills needed to make an excellent Care Assistant for Be Caring. Patience, empathy, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively are all essential qualities for this role.
