[ref. u2937724] Prospectus - Legal Data Administrator

We are happy to be supporting a leading London University in their search for a temporary Legal Data Administrator, to manage the filing of contracts and maintain their legal databases; ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility to facilitate efficient legal operations.

This role is starting as soon as possible and running until end July in the first instance. The post holder will be required on site 2 days per week, Tuesday and Thursday, and the remainder remote.

This role also includes additional day-to-day legal administrative tasks, such as:

• Maintaining databases tailored to the legal team's needs.
• Organising digital filing systems for contracts and legal documents on Microsoft Teams.
• Ensuring all legal documents are accurately filed and easily accessible to authorized personnel.
• Monitoring and managing document version to ensure the most current documents are available.

To be considered for this role, you will need proven experience as a Data Administrator, preferably within a legal environment. You will also need proficiency in database management systems (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint, MS Excel), and a strong understanding of data security and privacy regulations, particularly those relevant to legal data.
