ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans for clients.
Conduct assessments to determine clients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and improve client outcomes.
Educate clients, families, and caregivers about therapeutic strategies and resources.
Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Participate in community outreach programs to promote awareness of occupational therapy services.
Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy to improve service delivery.
RequirementsMaster's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably working with special populations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
Ability to develop and implement creative and effective therapeutic programs.
Knowledge of documentation requirements and billing processes for therapy services.
Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £22.83
Location: Southwark, South East London
