PA / Administrator - Part-Time (25 hours) - Wimbledon
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 FTE (Pro-rata: £23,333-£26,666)Location: Wimbledon

Our client, a retired businessman with a dynamic lifestyle, is seeking an experienced and highly organised PA/Administrator to provide part-time support across a wide range of personal, operational, and financial tasks. The role involves liaising with professionals, managing sensitive documentation, and coordinating logistics for travel, events, and family matters.
Key Responsibilities- Operations & IT Support
- Act as liaison between client and IT service provider
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Use Microsoft Tasks to coordinate business and personal tasks
- Financial & Trust Administration
- Manage SharePoint files across various entities
- Coordinate investment and trust documentation (e.g. QNUPS, offshore pensions, Investec portfolio)
- Track investment performance and assist with monthly financial reviews
- Prepare and monitor budgets, track expenses, and request transfers from funds
- Oversee direct debits, school fees, family maintenance, and personal payments
- Property Administration
- Coordinate with agents and legal teams for rental/sale of UK properties
- Manage Portuguese property admin and liaise with overseas managers
- Personal & Family Support
- Monitor and manage inbox, calendar, and contact lists
- Draft personal correspondence and transcribe dictation as needed
- Oversee tax filing process with external accountants
- Maintain spreadsheets for school reports, health tracking, and schedules
- Maintain password logs and online account records
- Events & Travel Management
- Book and manage travel (UK & abroad) including hotels, flights, and transfers
- Organise personal events including the annual Christmas party and school visits
- Proven experience in a PA/Administrative role, ideally supporting a private individual or HNW client
- Highly organised with excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Tasks)
- Familiar with SharePoint and document management systems
- Discreet, trustworthy, and flexible with a proactive approach
