Role:
A Primary School located in Fulwood (PR2) are looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their motivational and accomplished team. You will have a structured timetable and work within a KS2 class. As a General Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting and guiding the learning process of children throughout the class alongside assisting the class teacher in the general management and supervision of the classroom.The position is to work 6.5 hours a day, Monday to Friday. Furthermore, this role is available to cover an open vacancy, therefore upon completing a successful period in this role a permanent school contract could be a possibility.

This school is classed as “GOOD” by OFSTED. The school is also easily accessible by Car, Bus or Train with stations situated locally. This school firmly believes that each child is unique and special and therefore they have tailored the curriculum to ensure that it meets the needs of all children.This also extends to SEN support, which is heavily prioritised within the school to ensure that all children can receive the attainment they deserve! Experience of working within SEN may therefore be of additional benefit, however this is not essential.
