Hays are representing a leading manufacturing company within the FMCG industry to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager in Dungannon.
Your new role
As Marketing Coordinator, you will support the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns and events for a range of brands. You will be responsible for:
- Create and schedule monthly social media content plans for a range of brands.
- Monitor social media accounts, generate content, and respond to messages.
- Ensure communications are relevant and engaging on all company websites.
- Assist Trade Marketing by designing customer-specific web banners that adhere to brand guidelines and customer specifications.
- Manage marketing campaigns and plans locally and nationally for the company's product brands.
- Coordinate marketing and PR campaigns and plans.
- Organize and implement the annual consumer show calendar.
- Attend consumer shows to represent the company and its product brands.
- Manage the organization, storage, stocktaking, and reordering of all marketing materials.
- Source branded merchandise to support campaigns and new product launches.
- Approve artwork as needed.
- Assist with influencer, brand ambassador, and gifting activities.
- Manage charity donations.
- Ensure all marketing activities are synergized across traditional and digital channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on market and competitor trends to support business growth and identify new opportunities.
- Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure the department's activities are functional and coordinated.
What you'll need to succeed
Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field1+ years' experience working in a marketing role
Highly organised with excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrable creative skills
Demonstrable effective planning, organisation and time management abilities
Sense of brand and editorial voice
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work flexibly as required to meet business needs
Willingness to travel a few times per year for business purposes.
Clean Driving License
Desirable: FMCG knowledge, ideally product-based
Graphic design experience - Canva desirable.Photography/videography experience
Effective training / presentation skills
Skilled in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of software applications
Able to harmonise creative content across multiple channels and marketing vehicles
