Occupational Therapist Opportunity - Northwest

Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for mental health? We have an exciting opportunity in the Northwest region where you can make a real impact. This role offers a blend of patient-centered care, professional growth, and flexible working arrangements.

Experience Required:
  • Mental Health Expertise: We are looking for an Occupational Therapist with solid experience in mental health. Experience working with patients dealing with eating disorders is a bonus!
  • Sensory Integration: Familiarity with sensory assessments and sensory integration techniques is essential for this role.
  • Patient-Centered Approach: You should have a strong commitment to delivering tailored, personalised care that meets each patient's unique needs.
Job Duties:
  • Direct Patient Care: Focus on sensory assessments, sensory integration, and leading group therapy sessions. You will work closely with patients to provide bespoke care and treatment plans.
  • Non-Case-Carrying Role: Enjoy the freedom to fully dedicate your time and expertise to patient care without the additional responsibility of managing a case load.
  • Collaboration: Work directly with the Registered Manager in a supportive, team-focused environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring patients receive the best possible care.
  • Group Therapy: Lead group therapy sessions as part of a holistic approach to mental health care.
Why This Role?
  • Flexible Working Hours: Full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with flexible hours to fit your schedule. Clinic hours are 8am-8pm Monday-Thursday, 8am-2pm Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as needed.
  • Hybrid Working: We offer hybrid working arrangements, allowing you to work both in the clinic and remotely as required, helping to maintain a good work-life balance.
  • Supportive Team: Be part of a collaborative and inclusive team environment, where you can focus on your professional growth and contribute to making a real difference in the lives of your patients.

If this role sounds like the perfect fit for you, we'd love to hear from you! Please send your CV to joseph.caira@search.co.uk, and we can arrange a time for a chat to discuss the role further.
