About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our conveyancing team in Doncaster. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our legal professionals, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our conveyancing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and managing legal documents and correspondence related to conveyancing.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
- Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Maintaining and updating client files and records.
- Handling telephone inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and legal research as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within the conveyancing sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
