  • Monday to Thursday: 09:00 - 17:30
  • Friday: 09:00 - 17:00

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our conveyancing team in Doncaster. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our legal professionals, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our conveyancing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and managing legal documents and correspondence related to conveyancing.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
  • Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
  • Maintaining and updating client files and records.
  • Handling telephone inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and legal research as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within the conveyancing sector.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
