Parts Advisor

Salary: £25,000

We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to become an integral part of the Parts department at a well-established main dealership in Ipswich.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by welcoming and assisting customers with their parts needs
• Efficiently manage parts ordering, bookings, invoicing, and payment processing
• Maintain accurate stock management to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the department

Candidate Requirements:

• A strong team player with a commitment to supporting overall sales and profitability
• Enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service and consistently exceeding customer expectations
• Possession of a valid driving license is essential
