We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing, Health-tech (SaaS) company. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the finance function working closely with an experienced Finance Director.

About the Role

This role will suit a candidate who originally trained and qualified in practice (audit preferred), with 2-3 years post qualification experience within industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts for 3 main entities.
• Oversee cash management and liquidity across the group.
• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain an effective internal controls environment.
• Manage statutory reporting, audits, and tax compliance, supported by third-party advisors as required.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver timely, actionable insights to drive business growth.

Skills and Experience:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 2-3 years’ post-qualified experience.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and practical financial management experience (audit background preferred)
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
• Proficient in financial systems (experience with MS Dynamics Business Central and Power BI preferred).
• Commercially minded with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• £70,000 base salary
• Can be fully remote (they also have a London office if office-based is preferred)
