Scale 5 Point 12-15 (£32,985 - £34,532 pro rata)
This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference to children who have SEMH needs in a specialist provision based in an excellent mainstream primary school.
The post is to work as a key member of a small team in the Camden reintegration satellite in the first instance. This is a specialist provision for children who are struggling to succeed in mainstream schools due to their SEMH needs and is a short term placement for two terms.You will be supported to provide intensive support to children so they can re-engage in learning and have a successful reintegration back into their mainstream school.
You will be based at Rhyl Community Primary School and will work closely with the satellite team as well as school staff, outside professionals and staff in Camden mainstream primary schools.
The successful candidate will have had experience of working with pupils with SEMH in a mainstream setting and experience of using effective strategies to support children to be successful in school. The role will require candidates to provide individual and small group support for children both in the satellite and in their mainstream school.

The satellite works very closely with both Rhyl and Robson House, a specialist provision for pupils with SEMH and at risk of exclusion.
