To provide a high standard of Occupational Therapy/ Physiotherapy service to all patients. To be an active member of the clinical team working within standard operating procedures and pathways to manage your own workload independently but with reference to a supervisor within the clinical team.
To support the team by assessing patients and implementing programmes of care ensuring that you follow professional standards, promote best practice and work within your sphere of competence and knowledge. To undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner including assessing, treating, and managing own caseload of patients and maintaining professional documentation.
