WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Qualifications: You must hold a Swim England or STA Level 2 Swimming Teaching Qualification.
- Commitment to Safety: You’re dedicated to ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all swimmers.
- Strong Communicator: You engage effectively with swimmers of all ages and maintain clear communication with parents.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable managing registers and using electronic devices to keep everything running smoothly.
- Proactive Attitude: You’re always looking to improve, whether through training or staying current with compliance.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Expertise: A solid foundation in swimming instruction with the necessary qualifications to match.
- Calm Under Pressure: You stay composed and confident in emergencies, handling challenging situations with ease.
- Motivational Skills: You have a natural ability to encourage and inspire swimmers to do their best.
- Experience (Preferred): Previous teaching experience is a plus, and additional qualifications like R.L.S.S. National Pool
- Dedication: You’re committed to continuous improvement, for both yourself and your learners.
