Job Description
  • Providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department
  • Track and monitor the progress of cases and liaising with senior leadership as appropriate.
  • Encourage good working practices by advising manager of procedures. Liaising with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensuring efficient document management
  • Assisting in the preparation of regular reports
  • Handling correspondence and queries
  • Maintaining office systems
  • Participating in team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Administrator should have:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience in the Property industry
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word and Excel
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
