About the Role
As the Commercial Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our client's operations. Your expertise in marketing and communications will be vital in driving business development opportunities and implementing effective strategies to promote the organisation's mission.You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to elevate brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance and training to ensure the team embodies the organisation's brand values consistently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute compelling marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital platforms.
- Manage and enhance the company website to attract and engage current and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and present insights to leadership.
- Assist in developing impactful marketing materials and proposals.
- Create captivating content for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and press releases.
- Coordinate events and promotional activities, ensuring all logistics are flawlessly executed.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practises in the ESG sector.
- Actively contribute to business development efforts, strengthening client relationships.
- Proven experience as a communications and marketing specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of communication, brand strategy, and marketing principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms and website management.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong project management skills with the capacity to juggle multiple projects.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data effectively.
