Head of Computer Science and Business Studies - Coopersale Hall School
We are looking to appoint an excellent Computer Science teacher who is able to motivate and inspire, to teach and coordinate Computer Science throughout the school up to Year 11 as a GCSE subject. There will also be the need to teach Business Studies as a GCSE option subject to a small class of students in each of year 10 and Year 11.
The successful candidate will encourage high standards and should be able to teach in a small department.

- Has a clear vision for Computer Science and Business Studies within the school
- Has a broad knowledge of each subject
- Is able to motivate and inspire pupils, parents and staff
- Is willing to teach in both the Juniors and Seniors
- Is looking to take an active and central part in the life of the school
- Is enthusiastic and can demonstrate a pupil-centred approach
- Will lead subject-related trips to further develop the learning

This is a position over either 4 or 5 days per week to start in September 2025, remunerated on a salary scale according to relevant experience and qualifications and with an allowance for the coordination of the subject.
