Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Management Accountant include:

• Prepare and present accurate monthly management accounts.
• Perform variance analysis and budgeting tasks.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
• Collaborate with the finance team on business strategy and planning.
• Participate in financial audits.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as needed.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Working towards professional qualification in accounting (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
