The Floral Decor is one of London's leading Wedding & Event Florists. We are lucky to work in some of London's top venues and hotels such as Mandarin Oriental, The Ned, Hedsor House, The Langham and Cliveden House.
We are now starting a new arm of the business, offering virtual wedding planning advice and support. We are seeking support for someone with an interest and experience on Tik Tok and Instagram to grow our customer base and help us go viral!
Though you don't need professional experience in social media, this is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about social media and with a strong understanding of current trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to our website
- Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze social media data and provide regular reports on performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and make recommendations for new platforms and strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to increase brand awareness and reach
- Monitor and report on competitor social media activities and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay informed on relevant news and events in the industry and use them to create timely and relevant content for our social media channels
