Role Overview

This FCC Internship is designed for individuals seeking to enter the financial crime compliance sector with little to no prior experience. Interns will undergo specialized training while supporting clients in areas such as anti-money laundering (AML), fraud prevention, sanctions compliance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and due diligence tasks.
  • Support in conducting investigations on suspicious activities and preparing reports.
  • Gain exposure to transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and KYC (Know Your Customer) processes.
  • Work under the guidance of senior compliance professionals and apply learned skills in practical scenarios.
  • Participate in training sessions covering financial crime compliance regulations and industry standards.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and adaptability while working with client teams.
Requirements
  • Strong interest in financial crime compliance, AML, fraud prevention, or regulatory risk.
  • University graduates, school leavers, or career changers looking to gain industry experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in reviewing financial information.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • No prior FCC experience required; however, a background in finance, law, or risk management is advantageous.
