We’re recruiting for a Financial Services Onboarding & Operations Coordinator to join a fast growing Financial Planning network, supporting adviser firms as they transition into a technology driven and highly efficient operating environment.This is a varied, fast paced role offering exposure to operations, implementation, adviser support and financial planning technology, ideal for someone organised, proactive and eager to develop within the industry.
The Role- Supporting system setup, user access and provider onboarding
- Coordinating onboarding and implementation activities across adviser firms
- Maintaining project trackers and ensuring smooth delivery timelines
- Assisting with training sessions and onboarding support
- Helping firms navigate systems, processes and first client cases
- Managing provider communications and resolving setup queries
- Contributing to process improvements, automation ideas and operational efficiencies
- Using AI and technology tools to enhance workflows and client delivery
- Experience within Financial Services, Operations, Administration or Client Services
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence using systems, spreadsheets and technology platforms
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Interest in AI, automation and operational improvement
