Duties will include: Responsibilities Data entry and problem solving with pharmacists to deliver accurate prescription information.Collecting and entering information required for timely and accurate processing of prescription ordersReviewing medication orders and prescriptionsProviding customer service to patientsContacting insurers to clarify coverageEntering medication histories and maintaining recordsFilling prescriptions accurately according to state and federal lawsProcessing customer payments and resolve billing discrepanciesReading and interpreting prescriptions and pharmaceutical literatureOther reasonable duties as assigned by manager Required Skills: Personal Attributes Accuracy and adaptabilityDependability, punctuality, and accountabilityStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsDisplaying a positive outlook with a friendly, interactive styleSelf-directed, but also able to work in a groupWilling to following directions as assignedStrong multitasking, problem solving, and prioritizing skillsStrong stress and time management skillsMaintaining a professional demeanorDesire for continual learning Required Skills: Technical Knowledge of brand and generic medicationsKnowledge of medical terms, abbreviations, and pharmacy calculationsIntermediate computer and software proficiencyAbility to work out of 2 or more systems simultaneously Required Qualifications Available Saturdays 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and/or Sundays 11:00 PM to 5:00 PM Preferred Qualifications None Listed Whats in it for you: Excellent Pay ($17 +/- hourly based on experience)Casual Dress
