Your new role

To assist in the procurement of all Mechanical & Electrical material & contracted works for all live projects.

• Proven track record in negotiating high-value contracts and cost reduction strategies.
• Excellent negotiating skills.
• Extensive experience in managing mechanical and electrical orders.
• Ability to manage procurement budgets and meet financial targets.
• Familiarity with contracts, pricing structures, and commercial terms.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or commercial buying within the M&E sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Highly organised and structured in your work approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle a diverse workload with minimal supervision.
• Proven record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
• Enthusiastic adopter/user of IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Previous experience in a procurement role.
