About Our Client

Our client is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to work on a Part Time basis (20 hours) and to join their team permanently.

This role is a hybrid opportunity and offering a salary up to £25,000 (Pro Rata).

The successful candidate will be joining a fantastic team and play a vital role in the Finance function.

Job Description

Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly into the Finance Manager
  • Processing invoices and credit notes
  • Managing high volume of invoices
  • Ensuring invoices are coded and inputted correctly
  • General administrative duties
  • Assisting with queries
  • Assist in weekly payment runs
  • Adhoc duties

The Successful Applicant

The successful Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk:

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Experience in finance systems
  • Good Excel skills
  • Be a team player
  • Able to commute to their office in Sutton-in-Ashfield
  • Only wanting Part Time hours
