Our client is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to work on a Part Time basis (20 hours) and to join their team permanently.
This role is a hybrid opportunity and offering a salary up to £25,000 (Pro Rata).
The successful candidate will be joining a fantastic team and play a vital role in the Finance function.
Job Description
Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly into the Finance Manager
- Processing invoices and credit notes
- Managing high volume of invoices
- Ensuring invoices are coded and inputted correctly
- General administrative duties
- Assisting with queries
- Assist in weekly payment runs
- Adhoc duties
The Successful Applicant
The successful Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk:
- Experience in a similar position
- Experience in finance systems
- Good Excel skills
- Be a team player
- Able to commute to their office in Sutton-in-Ashfield
- Only wanting Part Time hours
