Job Description- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports
- Conducting data analysis to identify trends and insights
- Collaborating with the wider finance team on month-end procedures
- Assisting with budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Assisting with internal and external audit processes
- Supporting the development of financial policies and procedures
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance team
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Reporting Assistant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- A competitive salary of around £27,000 to £33,000 per annum
