Head of Finance - Property & Real EstateAn exciting opportunity for an experienced finance leader to join a growing organisation in the property and real estate sector. This is a key leadership role overseeing all financial operations across multiple entities.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial and accounting activities for the group.
- Lead and develop a small finance team.
- Prepare management accounts, group consolidations, and statutory accounts.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and improve financial systems, controls, and processes.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, funding, and banking relationships.
- Oversee payables, receivables, and all operational finance functions.
- Prepare budgets, conduct variance analysis, and provide financial commentary.
- Support strategic planning and business performance reviews.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance leadership role.
- Strong experience in the property, real estate, or construction sectors.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Experience with multi-entity group accounting.
- Exposure to property management and invoice automation tools.
- Financial modelling and project management skills.
