Cocktail Waiter/Waitress for The Brush Grand Café Bar Lounge

We are recruiting for the coolest, newly opened Restaurant in Hoxton!

The Brush is an all-day Grand Cafe, Lounge and Cocktail Bar taking inspiration from some of the best dishes & drinks across Europe.

Seeking an extraordinary Cocktail Waiter/Waitress for The Brush Grand Café Lounge, an epitome of ambition and dedication, driven to deliver service that leaves hearts aflutter.

If you possess the finesse honed in bustling high-volume eateries and thrive in the whirlwind of a fast-paced environment, where dreams become reality and memories are etched in gold, then this is your calling.

As our Cocktail Waiter/Waitress, you will receive:

Salary: £12.42 per hour plus generous TRONC

We are looking for our Cocktail Waiter/Waitress, who:

Takes drink and food orders in a timely and efficient manner and serves them with professionalism and following established service standards
Answers guests' questions regarding the cocktail menu, ingredients, and preparation methods
Provide courteous and friendly service to guests, responding to requests promptly
Is fully flexible to work as per the rota including late evenings
Shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, Care
Has previous Cocktail Waiter/Waitress experience
