Part-time & full-time roles available to perform a variety of tasks as a shift supervisor.

Be a part of a team covering 24 hours a day 365 days per year - according to a rota - which will include weekends and bank holidays and shift work.

The ideal candidate(s) will be a positive and friendly person who can remain calm and helpful during busy periods and feel in control when handling incidents at clients’ premises.
Therefore, a good customer service attitude is essential with a confident telephone manner and excellent spoken communication skills (English)

They must be confident in the use of PCs and associated software to enable them to carry-out their duties.

SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE

 Responding to alerts from our clients' security systems (panic alarms, intruder alarm, access control and CCTV systems), liaising with third parties such as site owners, Police, partner security firms & other official bodies as required

 Act as emergency co-ordinator following safety and emergency procedures

 Perform access control duties in the control room or remotely

 Booking guards on and off shifts

 Complete shift reports (days/nights/duty) regarding activity or disturbances.

 Signing in/out of keys and equipment

 Administrative Duties that includes ensuring paperwork and computerized files are updated regularly and accordingly

 Audit systems and reporting if fully functional and/or changes needed

No Experience is needed as full training will be provided to the right candidate.

 Please note, an SIA license will need to be acquired following completion of training
