What skills and experience we're looking for

The Headteacher and Governors wish to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work one-to-one with children.

L.C.C Pay Scale – TA1 Grade 3 (pt 6-9)

This is a temporary role connected with a child in Reception with an Education Health Care Plan working 33 hours a week. The contract will be for term time only ie 39 weeks per year.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hard working person who can demonstrate the ability to:

Work creatively and independently;
Work as part of our successful and friendly team;
Show initiative and be self-motivated;
Work independently with individuals and support the needs of pupils’ Education and Health Care Plans supporting behaviour and learning;
Able to meet the requirements of the Level 1 or 2 Teaching Assistant Lincolnshire County Council Job Description.
