HR Advisor (FTC Maternity Cover)
The Restoration and Renewal Delivery Authority are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join the team on a fixed term basis to cover a period of maternity leave. This role is the first point of contact for all HR queries and provides an advisory service to the business covering the full range of the employee lifecycle from recruitment through to exit interviews with everything in between.
You will have experience working alongside managers providing advice and guidance and supporting all HR related activity. The DA is a small organisation so this role will also ensure that any changes are communicated effectively and reflected in payroll and on our systems.Supporting the HR Systems and Payroll Manager, you will collate relevant HRMI to both inform at senior levels and provide you with the opportunity to communicate effectively with managers around trends and mitigations in their specific area.
You will be an advocate for our organisational values and actively promote a positive and inclusive approach to everything you do.
Much of our activity is recorded on our HR system (Oracle) and you will be the subject matter expert, providing advice and guidance to colleague's, as well as working with our digital team to identify and implement improvements. You will also work alongside our screening and vetting function to support during periods of increased workload.
With your demonstrable experience you will have the ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organisation. You will have experience of mapping process, creating templates and reviewing policies to ensure continuous development and improvement of the HR function.
Salary £42,000 per annum
