A boutique asset manager is looking for a Performance and Risk Analyst to join their London office. This will be an exciting opportunity for a driven candidate with performance or risk experience to progress their career in this dynamic role.The Performance and Risk Analyst will take responsibility for the following duties:Responsible for regular analyst duties, including performing portfolio analysis and collating reports.Work closely with investment teams and build essential relationships with external groups and clients.Conduct analysis to monitor the performance of specific business groups and asset classes.Proactively engage with strategic projects across the business.Monitor portfolio metrics and provide analysis on issues, including ESG and sustainability.Manage and maintain the internal data systems to ensure they are kept up to date and accurate.Actively contribute on broader ad-hoc risk work across the team.The Performance and Risk Analyst will meet the following skillset:Minimum 3 years/ experience in an analytical role within investment management.Experience in risk or performance.Solid understanding of fixed income and multi-asset portfolios.Degree educated.Strong IT and programming skills.Collaborative, team player with excellent attention to detail.Highly organised with a positive attitude towards problem-solving.If you believe your experience meets the criteria of Performance and Risk Analyst, please apply with a copy of your CV.Note, this is a highly competitive position.
