Support Worker
Looking for a rewarding role? We're hiring Support Workers to provide compassionate care and support for two wonderful ladies living in their own Supported Living homes in New Milton.
What We're Looking For:
- A confident, resilient, and responsible individual who shares our values.
- Experience in managing complex needs and behaviours of distress (including verbal aggression).
- A commitment to following Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans to ensure the best care possible.
- Flexible Opportunities: Full-time, part-time, and various day/night shifts available.
- Engaging Activities: Support them in enjoying activities like swimming, bowling, cinema trips, cooking, gardening, and karaoke.
- Meaningful Connections: Help maintain their close relationships with family and friends.
- Community Involvement: Explore local attractions and dine out at favorite venues.
