About Our Client
My client is a successful law firm looking for an Office Administrator to support the team based at the Tamworth site.
Job Description- Booking meetings and arranging travel
- Coordinate and manage scheduling, appointments and meetings.
- Assist in preparation of correspondence, reports and presentations.
- Maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring information is accurate and readily available.
- Manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers as necessary.
- Junior paralegal work which will be trained
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls.
- Any additional adhoc support as and when required
- Experience working in the professional services or financial services industry
- Experience working as an Administrator or Legal Administrator
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- A proactive approach and the ability to take initiative.
- Can commute to Tamworth 5 days per week
