About Our Client

My client is a successful law firm looking for an Office Administrator to support the team based at the Tamworth site.

Job Description
  • Booking meetings and arranging travel
  • Coordinate and manage scheduling, appointments and meetings.
  • Assist in preparation of correspondence, reports and presentations.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring information is accurate and readily available.
  • Manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers as necessary.
  • Junior paralegal work which will be trained
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls.
  • Any additional adhoc support as and when required
The Successful Applicant
  • Experience working in the professional services or financial services industry
  • Experience working as an Administrator or Legal Administrator
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to take initiative.
  • Can commute to Tamworth 5 days per week
