- Full time, permanent
- £26,000 - £31,000 depending on experience (trainee starting at £26k)
- OTE £45k

Our client is a reputable firm with a team of experienced advisors who provide independent, whole-of-market mortgage advice. With no lender ties, they diligently search the market to secure the best deals for their clients. Additionally, their in-house Protection team offers tailored insurance solutions, ensuring clients are adequately protected.
The Role
As a Mortgage Advisor, you’ll be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process, providing expert advice, and ensuring they get the best deals possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with new build introducers
- Assess clients' financial situations and provide tailored mortgage advice
- Process mortgage applications and liaise with lenders
- Ensure clients are fully informed and supported throughout the mortgage process
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market conditions and regulatory requirements
- Meet sales targets and performance metrics

The Ideal Candidate:
They’re looking for someone with a passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail. Whether you’re CeMAP-qualified or looking to train, you’ll thrive in our friendly, professional office. You will have:
- CeMAP 3 or equivalent (or working towards it)
- Experience in the financial services or property sector (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and sales-driven mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
