Finance Manager

Reed Finance is proud to be working in partnership with a growing business to recruit a technical Finance Manager.

Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in the providing financial insights and support to drive business performance.

Duties Include:

• Oversee daily accounting operations using company accounting system.
• Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Process and manage purchase invoices.
• Handle credit control and manage accounts receivable.
• Process employee expenses.
• Manage accruals, prepayments, and depreciation.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns.
• Support month-end and year-end processes.
• Process payroll

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or Qualified by Experience in a relevant role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Salary and benefits:

The role of Finance Manager is £45,000pa to £55,000pa DOE plus annual discretionary bonuses and hybrid working.
