Key Responsibilities
As a Finance Business Partner, you will act as a key link between finance and the wider business, offering strategic and financial support to help shape decisions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering insightful financial analysis to support business planning and decision-making
- Supporting senior management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Identifying risks and opportunities to improve business performance
- Partnering with operational teams to drive efficiency and profitability
- Presenting financial results and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Key Requirements
As Finance Business Partner You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant experience in a business partnering role. You should have:
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- A proactive approach to identifying and driving improvements
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Confidence in presenting financial information to senior management
- Degree in accountancy, economics, business, or a related field.
- Competitive salary of up to £63,000
