Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs and disabilities? Corby Business Academy is excited to expand its SEND department and is actively seeking a compassionate, proactive, and resilient individual to step into the role of Deputy SENDCo.

This is a newly created second deputy position within our expanding SEND department, reflecting our commitment to enhancing our support for students with special educational needs and disabilities.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing our Inclusion Centre, ensuring it remains a welcoming and supportive environment for all students. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering an inclusive atmosphere where every student feels valued and supported.
