About Our Client
Our client is an innovative, independent company in asset management, currently seeing rapid expansion across Europe.
Job Description- Newly created role reporting into the Marketing Director.
- Responsible for all content production: producing assets across video, social, marketing collateral (e.g. sales collateral, powerpoints, brochures), promotional materials for events and webinars, HTML5 or animated banner ads and display; and brand design across all touchpoints.
- Social media management - devising and managing the content calendar, and creating and publishing content across LinkedIn, X, YouTube and Instagram (to include graphics, short-form video and campaign messaging); as well as monitoring engagement, reporting and analytics.
- Working with wider marketing team to repurpose existing content across digital touchpoints (e.g. research reports into social content; webinars into short-form video and clips; events content into promotional videos; presentations into visual graphics and assets).
- Support the Marketing Director in evolving the brand's visual identity and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Embrace AI and automation to improve efficiences in content production.
- Work closely with CRM Manager and Web Manager.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Content Marketing Manager should have:
- Proven expertise in content creation and social media marketing within a B2B industry or in the Professional / Financial Services sector.
- Advanced PowerPoint design skills, and experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video-editing tools.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with content management systems and analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively, willingness to be hands-on to make things happen.
- Interest in financial markets and investment products.
- Ability to quickly learn compliance and regulatory requirements within financial services.
- Salary £55k plus discretionary bonus
