We're working with a top international law firm that is looking for a company secretary assistant to join its established team in its London office. The role provides hybrid working and plenty of development opportunities!

What you'll be doing:
- Statutory Filings
- Notarising documents
- Maintain client companies on Diligent Entities and ensure confirmation statements are prepared and filed Companies House correspondence
- Preparation of dormant accounts
- Assisting with changing registered offices/officers/accounting reference dates
- Supporting senior staff members with the incorporation of new companies
About you:
- CGI qualified, undertaking studies, or keen to take them on
- Relevant UK Company Secretarial experience
- Proficient in Blueprint/ Diligent Entities
- Proactive, team player
- Enthusiastic about the Company Secretarial Industry
