Orthopaedic Practitioner | University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
Are you passionate about orthopaedic care? We are seeking an experienced staff nurse or orthopaedic practitioner to join our fracture clinic team at band 5. If you have a desire to provide expert specialist care to patients within the fracture clinic as well as an outreach service to inpatients with fractures, we would love to hear from you.
This is a unique opportunity to work within a specialist fracture clinic which aims to provide specialist care and achieve optimal patient centred outcomes. Applicants need either be a Registered Nurse with orthopaedic experience or an Orthopaedic Practitioner and hold a British Casting Certificate from the British Orthopaedic Association (BOA).Full support and education will be provided.
Successful candidates will demonstrate the important attributes of compassion, excellent communication skills and courage and deliver the UCLH values of safety, kindness, teamwork and improving. They will be actively involved in education and development of members of the multidisciplinary teams in relation to orthopaedic care and will also receive opportunities for skill and career development.
