Sales Assistant

Working Pattern: Full Time, Wednesday - Sunday

Hours:

• Wednesday- Thursday 10am-3pm
• Friday- 2pm-6pm
• Saturday and Sunday- 10am-6pm

End Date: Expected end of January 2025

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a smile and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere
• Assist customers with purchasing tickets for the exhibition and provide information on the event
• Sell exhibition merchandise, including cups, magnets, and the official book, at the bookshop
• Validate and process ticket sales at the ticket office
• Ensure accurate and cashless transactions

Skills:

• Dynamic and enthusiastic individuals with a friendly demeanour
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to engage with visitors and provide information about the exhibition
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
