Job Advert: Supply Teaching Assistant (Long Term & Daily Roles) - Level 2 or Above

We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team for both long-term and daily supply roles. The ideal candidates will be Level 2 qualified (or above) and have a passion for supporting student learning in a dynamic educational environment.

Location: Ribble Valley

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support to students, assisting with lessons and activities.
• Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning.
• Adapt to different classroom settings and age groups.
• Ensure a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or higher).
• Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable.
• A flexible and proactive approach to work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
