A successful Customer Service & Sales Administrator should have:
- An background in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Ideally experience within the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative capabilities.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- An estimated salary range of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum.
