The appointment is for a clinical teaching fellow at ST3-7 level to facilitate delivery of the Obstetrics & Gynaecology components of the 3rd and 4th year medical school programme. The successful candidate will receive training in undergraduate medical education, and will be able to undertake a fully funded Certificate in Medical Education at the University of Plymouth.
A maximum of five sessions each week are allocated for undergraduate medical education. The appointee will spend the remaining time on personal education and furthering their clinical experience at the ST3+ level and will take part in the on-call rota.

Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists would be an advantage and Part 1 MRCOG is essential. The post is for 1 year and available from 1st October 2025. This post is jointly funded by UHP and PUPSMD and will require the successful candidate to be granted an Out of Programme Experience (OOPE).
