- Monday - Saturday 08:30am - 17:30pm

Assistant Service Manager required for our Client’s well-established Independent Garage based in the Edenbridge area.
Our Automotive well-established Independent Garage Client is currently seeking a skilled Assistant Service Manager to help manage their busy Service Department.
For your hard work as a Assistant Service Manager for our Client you can expect a salary of £40,000.
The hours of work in this Assistant Service Manager position are Monday - Saturday 08:30am - 17:30pm with a Day off during the week, Sundays off.
Responsibilities as a Assistant Service Manager for our Client- Assisting the Service Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the service department.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by managing service appointments and vehicle repairs.
- Liaising with customers to discuss vehicle issues, providing estimates, and keeping them updated throughout the service process.
- Supporting and leading the service team, ensuring a smooth workflow and high-quality repairs.
- Managing the scheduling of service bookings and overseeing workshop control.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is essential.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- A hands-on approach with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Full UK Driving Licence – Preferably Clean.
