Production Operative

Production Operative - Bridgwater

We are looking for a Production operative who is looking for an immediate starting position in Bridgwater, with the view to become permanent after 12 weeks. Ideally you will have experience in an industrial setting already.

Your role will be lifting and shifting heavy bags of feed and placing the bags in the allocated areas. You will also be working in a very dusty environment, however, there are wash facilities on site.

What are we looking for:

• Ideally previous experience working in a factory, warehouse or labour setting.
• You must be physically fit to lift around 30kg bags.
• Be reliable and punctual.
• You will need to work on a 2 week rolling rota:

Week 2: 2pm - 10pm

Benefits:

• £11.75 per hour.
• Monthly bonus of £200 if targets are met.
• Washing facilities on site.
