We are recruiting for a Company Commercial Solicitor with 3+ years of PQE to grow the corporate commercial services and support the firm's ambitious growth plans.
Role Overview:As a Company Commercial Solicitor, you’ll be a key part of our team, handling a range of corporate and commercial matters. With a focus on client relationship management and business development, you’ll work independently and help build the client base further.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal guidance on company and commercial matters for a diverse clientele
- Actively engage in business development to attract new clients and grow existing relationships
Role Requirements:
- PQE: 3+ years’ experience in company commercial law, with a proven track record of handling varied matters
- Skills: Strong client communication and negotiation abilities, with an entrepreneurial mindset for business development
- Attributes: Self-motivated, organised, and ready to take on a part-time role with flexibility
