Financial Accountant
Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading property company in London to recruit an immediate, temporary Financial Accountant for a 6 month role.
Role:
Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Financial Accountant to assist them for 6 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:
- Preparation of statutory year end accounts under UK GAAP for the groups subsidiaries.
- Moving the statutory accounts production onto a new accounts production software (CaseWare)
- Key contact for the year end audit process.
- Prepare information and analysis required by tax advisors.
- Prepare journals in Yardi and support the team on the month end close process.
- Prepare/review monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Support the Assistant Group Financial Controller
Profile:
The successful, temporary Accounts Payable Clerks will be fully qualified (Eg ACCA or ACA) and have experience with Caseware. Ideally you will have exposure to the software Yardi, however this is only desirable.
You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Salary & Benefits:
The temporary Financial Accountant role will be paying circa £60k - £63k pro rata, dependant on experience.
