The Role We are seeking a Line Manager responsible for supporting and leading a department and team to deliver an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Reporting to the Deputy Manager, you will ensure we serve Irelands shoppers a little better every day. Key Responsibilities Create an inspiring and welcoming environment for colleagues and customersManage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager/Deputy ManagerEnsure team training and validation in their rolesFoster two-way communication and a culture of trustCoach colleagues to meet daily priorities and customer needsReview reports and systems to improve customer and colleague experienceDrive a culture of zero food waste, managing date codes and food safetyRecruit passionate colleagues committed to excellent serviceUnderstand and deliver cleaning standardsManage stock control, warehouse layout, and routines for first-time accuracyAddress pricing discrepancies and ensure correct customer chargesManage front-end operations to minimize queuesRecognize and provide feedback on service quality Candidate Requirements Demonstrated track record in:Delivering excellent customer and colleague experiencesBeing adaptable and agile in thinkingAchieving objectives in fast-paced environmentsHandling queries effectivelyShaping and influencing at senior levelsPrevious retail experience in a similar role (preferred) Benefits Competitive salary from €37,500, bonus scheme, colleague discounts, life assurance, pension, savings schemes, paid family leave, bike to work, long service awards, commuter scheme, wellbeing initiatives.
